Nail Station Hoods

2006 IMC Table 403.3 requires that each nail station be provided with a hood exhausts and 50 cfm intermittent or 20 cfm continuous per station.

Footnotes #b and # I state that, Mechanical exhaust required and the recirculation of air from such spaces as permitted by Section 403.2.1 is prohibited (see Section 403.2.1, Items 1 and 3).

The required exhaust system shall capture the contaminants and odors at their source.
